I’ve embarked on a new creative writing class, online as everything has to be at the moment. I love writing classes because they are actually writing groups for getting prompts and sharing your material with talented comrades; they are never lessons as such.
We started with writing Haiku and Limericks, which I haven’t done before.
My photo shows wire.
Spring flowers peep through wire fence.
I only saw flowers.
A girl went to walk by the pond
And decided that she had been conned.
The algae was smelly,
The water like jelly,
And nowhere to sit but on fronds.
